Can get memory (ncurses) and outline (tiles) of unknown areas with spell AOEs

Describe the bug

You can memorize unknown areas with spell AOEs any ranged spell in a ncurses build, and see the outline of rooms in a tiles build (even without casting the spell)

Steps To Reproduce

1. Prepare to use an AOE spell with enough range to set it in an unknown area
2. Get lesser clairvoyance

Expected behavior

No outline, and especially no memorization
