Experimental from 31dec2021 doesn't add dependencies for addictions

Describe the bug

Selecting addictions on character creation in experimental from 31 december 2021 adds no dependencies. Selected all of them, started with no dependencies.

Steps to reproduce

Create a character and add 1-all addictions.

Expected behavior

Full set of dependencies.

Confirmed - the dependencies are there, but they are not indicated as traits. Starting with Amphetamine, Nicotine, and Caffeine dependence, the only starting trait indicated is "Stimulant Psychosis". After waiting an hour, the withdrawal symptoms began to kick in:
