Got crash after accept the freeze lab mission

Describe the bug

I got crash after I accept the freeze lab mission when I try to open the map to know where is it. Look like any overmap near me don't have that lab.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to refugee center
2. Accept the MISSION_SCIENCE_REP_4
3. Try to open the map

Expected behavior

Don't crash and show me where is it

Additional context

crash.log No matter how I compress, my save file just too large for github, so I don't have my save upload.

I reset the stale timer for this issue. Please test if this still happens. This has been 2y ago with no confirmation.
