Mutation cause by Genetic Chaos don't increase your instability, so someone with this trait and don't use any mutagen can keep getting good trait without any drawback.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a clean charater
2. debug the Genetic Chaos to yourself
3. Wait til you got mutation
4. Look at your vitamin window

Expected behavior

Each time you mutate should gain instability.

This is fixed in master; involuntary mutations are true random, instead of using instability logic.
