Replace 'skater' trait with learnable proficiency of same function #66821

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The 'skater' trait is only acquired by very specific professions and never learnable/obtainable otherwise. This is a bit silly, given how many skills (like parkour) the survivor is able to learn/acquire. The 'skater' trait does not represent a skill or ability you'd spend your whole career/lifetime acquiring and should be able to be learned in a reasonable amount of time, and even if it did, the ability to perform sick ollies or grinding rails on a competitive level will not be to your benefit in a zombie survival scenario.

Solution you would like.

Obsolete/remove the 'skater' trait, and make it a proficiency with the same name/function. Proficiencies that normally start with the skater trait now gain the skater proficiency.

The proficiency is otherwise learned/acquired by riding a skateboard or wearing/moving with rollerskates and rollerblades. Any terrain that is detrimental to skating doesn't count for the proficiency gain. Time to acquire the proficiency should be something reasonable - less than a week of nonstop skating, or about as much distance traveled you'd need to get to vehicles 3-5.

For fun, survivors with the skater proficiency would occasionally get messages on the cool tricks they perform whilst auto-traveling with them.

Describe alternatives you have considered.

Making the proficiency split into 'basic skating skills' and 'professional skater', the latter being exclusive to professions (signifying full career devotion unobtainable by most survivors, olympic-level skill), or simply very long to acquire for most survivors who don't skate 24/7.

Adding a book/manual on skating that gives you the skater trait, using the same mechanics to learn it as with martial arts.

Additional context

There are probably other traits that are profession-exclusive that ought to be learnable - assuming they're not something that needs years of work/study to reach like a medical degree.
