UPS cannot be plugged into appliances or vehicles

Describe the bug

Using a jumper cable or heavy duty jumper cable, the player is able to attach it to their UPS, but unable to attach it to any vehicle or appliance afterward. Similarly, trying to attach to a vehicle or appliance first, and then trying to attach it to the UPS (in any configuration) doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get UPS and put a battery inside and turn it on (The UPS being on is a requirement for it to be found when trying to select it to be plugged in with the jumper cable)
2. Get jumper cable or heavy jumper cable and attach it to the UPS (on)
3. Can't attach it to any vehicle or appliance afterwards

Similar problem when attaching to vehicle or appliance first, then UPS. Doesn't work.
