Autopickup can pull from sealed containers

Describe the bug

Autopickup is able to pull items from within sealed containers and does not unseal them in the process

Steps to reproduce

• Load into Overrun scenario
• Set autopickup for the lower level contents of something with multiple containers like an MRE entree
• Walk past MRE shelf
• Acquire entree, note still sealed top level package

Expected behavior

Either picking up the whole container or unsealing the container to get its contents

Edit: Zone sorting appears to attempt to sort but not move any items with the same filter
