Purpose of change

The enchantment system is much more robust now than it was when I designed the various path overloads.

Describe the solution

Add the following enchantments:

• Biokinetic Overload: Increases melee stamina consumption, scaling based on your Nether Attunement%
• Electrokinetic Overload: Make it harder to sleep, scaling based on your Nether Attunement.
• Pyrokinetic Overload: Change the heat field (which is set once and can't respond to the environment) to be a kind of inverse Internal Fire--increase effective body temperature scaling based on Nether Attunement (a negative CLIMATE_CONTROL_CHILL) and multiply SWEAT_MULTIPLIER by 5, to make it more like a fever. The old overload effect still exists, but has had its duration greatly shortened.
• Teleporter Overload: Increase movement speed by 10% and container obtain cost by 33%
• Vitakinetic Overload: Reduces Mending modifier by half, and healing speed based on Nether Attunement.

Putting on a bunch of different overloads and checked their effects

Additional context

Some enchants still have intensity, since limb score effects are not subject to enchantments yet as far as I know.
