Describe the bug

There is no way to get out of the sewer once you're in it. No ladder or additional sewer rooms to find an exit in. Basically putting your character in a soft-lock.

Steps to reproduce

1. Be unlucky.
2. Drop down a manhole.
3. Get stuck forever.

Expected behavior

Expected there to at least be someway to get out. How do the maintenance guys pre-cataclysm do it?

The maintenance guys used the ladder connected to the manhole. Apparently the cataclysm bug removed the ladder. Also, the ladder typically sits on one of the steel grates, not directly in the sewer.

Loaded the save and verified there was no ladder beneath the manhole. Teleported up and climbed down the manhole, receiving the warning that there's a drop below. The sewer oter is "sewer_end_west (rot 3)", if someone wants to investigate it.
