This is also w/ radiation (I believe, it might have been fixed), we could add in a flag for mutations that aren't radiation activated (This could also fix genetic chaos & unstable 'cause I think they use the same method).
Describe the bug
The "true random" mutation mechanic needs a way to exclude certain mutations like:
I have seen all of these in normal gameplay, and it really takes me out of the experience to see a mutation that I clearly shouldn't get.

Expected behavior
The mentioned mutations shouldn't be considered as valid by true random mutations. Perhaps by way of a category blacklist?
