ASRG only charging batteries when in reality bubble

Describe the bug

I recently made a base in a military barracsk, where i sleep a couple tiles away from my construction zone and i notice the ASRG's are not charging the batteries when i'm away, or asleep, only when i'm in the reality bubble with them.

So i made a test world and ran away for 6 hours and came back. The result is the battery connected to the ASRG did not charge while i was away, while the one connected to the solar panel array did.

Steps to reproduce

Either load the save and test with that as it has the items placed. Or: Throw down ASRG and a storage battery, turn on the reactor wait a minute to check it's charging. Run away and wait X hours, come back and see no charge added

Expected behavior

I would expect them to charge the batteries \ have catchup mechanics as solar panels do.
