`smartphone` not listed in the activate menu #74096

Describe the bug

smartphone is not listed in the activate menu: but I can activate it through the AIM:

Attach save file

Winter Beach-trimmed.tar.gz

Steps to reproduce

Load save.
Open the activate menu.
Observe: the smartphone isn't there.
Open the AIM.
Observe: a smartphone is there.
examine it.
activate it.
Observe: you can do stuff with it.

Expected behavior

I expect the smartphone to be listed in the activate menu. If it couldn't be used (but it can) the reason for it shall be there.

this happens because the activate menu can be in the E show/hide all contents state thus it hides the smartphone and can't be activated
