Can't tell if my game is lagging/being sluggish

Describe the bug

So I've been playing this save for quite a while now, but now that it hit winter I decided to go out and explore, but I noticed the game feels sluggish now.

I don't think its my PC but I cannot tell. I also cannot tell if its maybe just my character slowing down in the winter since I usually dont make it this far.

Additional context

"Removes Fungus and Ants" is my personal mod that only removes anything involving Ants and Fungus.

also tried killing all monsters in area incase maybe something was being buggy but it didnt fix anything.
