EOC_XE_GIVE_SPELL_SELECTOR triggers yet no spell is given #74137

Describe the bug

When playing as a dreamer/dreamsmith with the Xedra Evolved mod, the associated EOC for learning spells in the middle of the night activates, yet does not give access to the associated spell. The conditions for unlocking the other choices for spells has also not been given, despite a practical deduction skill of 7, which should at the very LEAST give access to one more spell option according to the json, although at least 2 should be unlocked with one higher then 6.

Expected behavior

I would expect that, according to the JSON, that I'd receive a new spell upon selecting my option from the list given, and that I would have more options in accordance to my deduction skill.
