Remove/consolidate some lifestyle buffs #74192

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is way too easy to crank your lifestyle way up with minimal effort, and this contributes to HP regenerating way more quickly than was originally intended. Particularly, taking vitamins has a massively outsized effect on your health. Multivitamins IRL do not make you healthier, they merely prevent deficiency. Since this is already modeled in the game, I'm not sure the buff for 100% is needed.

Solution you would like.

Remove the lifestyle buffs from having DRVs over 100%. Taking multivitamins should prevent a loss of lifestyle points, not act like a super health potion.

If that's too extreme, the three separate buffs could be consolidated into a single +1 that you only get if you satisfy all 3 requirements.

Describe alternatives you have considered.

More things that debuff lifestyle would also be good, such as losing 10% of your blood in a day, hitting -50 morale, or getting a limb below 66% HP. If smoke inhalation does not debuff lifestyle, that could do it too. Additional debuffs could be handed out for mutations - sun exposure for light-sensitive mutants, lack of sun exposure for photosynthetics, not hitting strict dietary requirements for alphas (below 66% in a day = debuff?). Lots of options.

Is there an accessible list of all the buffs/penalties that we can review concisely? If not, can you compile one?
