Describe the bug

The summer hardhat, which is a hardhat with a cloth stuck under it like a hood, has it's coverage is entirely in plastic, instead of having some parts covered in the plastic and some covered in less protective cloth.

Steps to reproduce

1) Make a world 2) Spawn or find a hardhat and a summer hardhat 3) Oberve the different coverage of both.

Expected behavior

I expect that adding cloth to the back of a helmet would not transform it into a full-head plastic thing.

The description for it is a tad bit outdated anyways, it should have mention of the sunshield attached to it, and as for coverage, i notice that plenty of sun shields have integrated nape covers anyways, so possibly it could still have nape protection, but now much thinner. I might be able to cook something up for this rq
