The addition of oceans and aquatic plants makes undersea exploration a gameplay option, but the current inability to fill diving cylinders greatly limits the player's ability to dive. Since some places (e.g. dive stores, oil platform, freshwater research stations, etc.) are able to sell or require the use of diving cylinders, it stands to reason that they would have the ability to refill them.
Solution you would like.
All of the above locations have air compressors, so a recipe for filling diving cylinders using an air compressor could be added.
