Player can wear rigid eye items while wearing nvgs

Describe the bug

While wearing rigid items, cannot insert nvg's on helmet which is expected but the player can bypass this by reversing the order, wearing nvg's first, then wearing rigid items like glasses.

• Ideally a solution would be allowing the nvgs can be inserted, but cannot be activated while wearing rigid items and vice versa
• Another fix would be making sure when rigid items are worn, it also checks pocketed items which cover body parts but this doesnt stop the player from deactivating nvg, putting on glasses, then turning them back on
• Alternatively, just allowing nvgs to be worn with rigid items, which makes sense for stuff like glasses but this means the player can also put on light amp goggles underneath the nvg
