There's a random NPC trader in a bunker that's just a stalker reference. It's just silly and doesn't really fit.
Remove the random stalker reference. Also, fix a bug with oter migration: https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/commit/65db473eceaf333762135975fec07f61df6dc4ca
Create a world with the bunker. Apply changes. No errors on loading in.
