Fix several low severity bugs and missing features. The list:
-Augustmoon outfitter now sells outfits with batteries so you dont immediately start freezing
-Carbide torso plate had a presumambly typo amount of weight. I reduced it to 50Kg so that a normal character can use the full carbide armor if they dedicate all their exosuit medium and large modules to increasing carry weight.
-Greatly increased exosuit module hardpoint size to fix #74292
-Mod medicine that spawned in test tubes now uses IV bags to avoid trying to heat it with the test tube use action.
Testing
Filled out an exosuit with both carbide armor and with lots of sand in modular pockets.
