Profession vehicle spawns in wreck, causing strange overlapping behavior

Describe the bug

Started with a Superbike thanks to the Speed Queen profession, and it spawned in a wreck, appearing to have been cut in half:

However, after saving and exiting and reloading the save, the front half of the bike reappeared, appearing above the wreck:

I attempted to extract the bike, and it worked fine. Both the bike and wreck appear intact:

Steps to reproduce

Spawn in cities as a Speed Queen/King until your bike intersects something.

Expected behavior

Profession vehicle cannot spawn on top of another vehicle.

Wrecks are weird. In overlapping sections you can sometimes examine a wreck participant and see parts you can't access otherwise, and sometimes destruction of the overlapping wreck participant can reveal such parts and make them available. It may also be possible that parts can get revealed if you haul away wreck participants, but I'm not sure I've seen that.
