In Sky Island if you die exhausted, you are respawned in a resting state with no capacity to end it manually

Describe the bug

After dying exhausted in a Sky Island expedition, I respawned in very inclemant weather, naked, with no capacity to act because my character was resting. The cold didn't interrupt the resting and I couldn't manually stop it.

The only elements I didn't expect in this situation were not being able to act and the pain not interrupting.

Steps to reproduce

Make a sky island character, embark, get exhausted and die. Optionally break all limbs and set the weather to windy and wet.

Expected behavior

I expected to be able to abort the rest action or have it be interrupted by the cold damaging the character.

It is possible that the character was unconcious, but I don't remember it giving any message about that sort of thing at all.

Currently, there is no way to mitigate this because it is completely impossible to affect exhaustion through any means other than using the debug menu,

If it was unconsciousness, could there be a forced wakeup on revival?

At least in this situation, the anti softlocks do work, eventually.

Just realized I should check--when you say exhausted, you do mean tiredness, or weariness?

Uh, I mean ran out of stamina. Got in a bad fight with a zombie soldier, after I got overconfident from having multiple good fights with zombie soldiers. Ran out of stamina and died. Then spawned in a rainstorm naked with no capacity to act until my stamina bar filled again.

In retrospect, I had the bunker unlocked, I should have been dealing with the obelisk in the bunker, out of the weather.

Does that help? I'm sorry for not being more clear on which element I was having issues with.
