Some books can't be scanned

Describe the bug

CRC-Merck Handbook takes 46 charges to scan on the e-ink tablet, which can only have 45 max charges as of #75361. There are probably other books that also have this problem.

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to scan the book into the tablet.
2. Run out of batteries.

Expected behavior

The handbook should take less charges to scan, probably by consuming less charges per page instead of 25.
