There is a wasp nest floating in the air in this save, by the hospital.

I don't know how to make this happen.

Expected behavior

There shouldn't be a wasp nest where it is.

The reason is fairly simple: Wasp nests can be spawned on roofs (and there's more of it on the roof top), but there are no tools available to determine whether a spawn location is actually supported or if it's in the air outside of the support.
