Text in body part treatment goes off screen

Describe the bug

When using antiseptic, the text goes off the bottom of the little window screen.

N/A. Trivally reproducable.

Steps to reproduce

1) Spawn in 2) Get hurt 3) use a bandage and then try to use antiseptic 4) Fail to read the quality of your disinfecting because it goes off the screen.

Expected behavior

I should hope that I would be able to read all text present on a single unscrolling screen.

This screen and many more don't expand and obscure the text. For example camp building and zone creation.

Honestly, it's been quite a while since this has been a problem and this is getting really annoying. I know it's experimental, but if a change is broken and can't be fixed in more than two weeks then it should have been reverted. I'm considering reverting my build back before this change.
