0.H candidate - Lag on random character creation when making first change to Traits tab

Describe the bug

Make a change on the traits tab from a randomly created character and experience lag before it allows the change and behaves normally.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a world on the 0.H candidate build
2. Choose random character
3. tab over to Traits tab
4. select a trait to change
5. Profile
6. maybe it's only my computer I dunno maybe someone with a profiler sees something

Expected behavior

No freeze on character creation even if only for a second.

The reason this happens is because it tries to load previous data for achievements and so on. Usually there is a popup indicating this. At least this is what I think is happening here.
