Start Date isn't saved in character templates

Describe the bug

The start date of the cataclysm and of the game aren't saved in character templates (Saved or Last Character).

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a new character
2. Adjust the start date of the cataclysm &/or the game.
3. Save the character template
4. Exit to main menu
5. Create a character from preset
6. Select character saved in step 3
7. See that the start date is still the default.

Expected behavior

Start date of the cataclysm and start date of the game should be set to what they were when you saved the character template.

It probably shouldn't as it is a scenario/world preference, not a character one.

Then it should be part of the world settings (which i remember it being at one point).
