Exoddii territory/Isolated Artisans can't interact with signpost/cardreader that informs you about trading/access to workshop as it's part of the territory.

Describe the bug

Basically that signpost either needs an exclusion or a tag "Safe to interact with sign furniture assigned to signposts" or the equivalent, or have the territory not apply on signpost squares.
