Hub 01 modular recon headgear cant take hub 01 helmets after applying bionic power battery mod

Describe the bug

After applying a bionic power conversion mod the hub 01 ballistic helmet can no longer be inserted into the hub 01 modular recon headgear with the message that "the destination can't be reloaded".

try to insert hub 01 helm in battery modded Hub 01 modular recon headgear.

Expected behavior

Hub 01 modular recon headgear accepting hub 01 helmets

After some testing the ups mod also breaks it but the heavy battery mod does not so i assume the bionic and ups mods apply a non-reloadable flag to the item to prevent inserting batteries that also messes with inserting the helmet?
