Adds ability to build debug/realease apk/bundle by manually running a workflow on gitactions

The release build and bundle will be signed
The sample app takes input of clevertap creds and then plugs it into the manifest
Google services.json belongs to https://console.firebase.google.com/u/0/project/templatesapp-7d1a9/overview to track crashlytics

Fixes a workflow to build aars and manually validate any branch
