[x] Use EDMFX mixing length in cloud fraction diagnostics
[ ] Use covariance quadratures for buoyancy and microphysics in diagnostic EDMFX
[ ] As above but for prognostics EDMFX
[ ] Add microphysics sinks to the covariance diagnostics in CA
