Use ClimaComms0.6, ClimaAtmos0.26, and update ClimaEarth experiments #864

cc @AlexisRenchon @juliasloan25 Updates to use ClimaComms v0.6, and ClimaAtmos 0.26.0

Current known issues /updates (in ClimaAtmos) (1) SSPKnoth does not work with DiagnosticEDMFX (2) CAM_SE is now the default hyperdiffusion in ClimaAtmos.
