Currently, running AMIP requires > 1 GB of input data. This is a problem for downstream tests in other repos, where we have to download those large files. Since we don't need data from 1870, we should prepare a small collection of input files that can be used in tests. This is also a useful collection of files to provide people when they are getting started with ClimaCoupler.
