Extending the site analysis in PR #93, it would be good to also compute the lateral heat and salt fluxes for a specific site to help us figure out where to run our LES simulations.
I guess we want to compute the lateral fluxes for a cell as something like
zonal flux = flux at eastern edge - flux at western edge
meridional flux = flux at northern edge - flux at southern edge
These fluxes should be vertically integrated as we're interested in the lateral fluxes through the entire water column.
We might have to download extra SOSE datasets for this.
