Fix 3-layer constant flux scripts and upgrade to Oceananigans v0.45.0 #45

I think #37 broke the examples (fair since we had no CI) so this PR updates the 3-layer constant flux scripts and I've confirmed that the scripts work locally with Oceananigans v0.45.0 so I've upgraded.
