Add aerosol optics to docs #515

@sriharshakandala Could you add aerosol optics to the docs (you can follow the docs for cloud optics here), as well as make any other changes that correspond to recent code changes (e.g. some function in the docs may not exist anymore)? This is not urgent, but I think it would be good to make the docs up to date.

In this, it would also be good to update the documentation to explain how to use RRTMGP. Right now, the "example" section is directly including the tests and provides almost no pedagogical value.
