Update for all scripts #11

And switch to using Julia module instead of the pre-release build in /groups/esm/common (assuming users will mostly use the prebuilt binary).

So the prebuilt julia is actually a newer one (Julia 1.3.1) and includes an extra GPU performance patch (https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/pull/33678).
