[ ] Schema has nullable types
[ ] Excessive number of bits on ints - wasting memory.
[ ] Store block hashes as fixed string binary - then alias columns for presentation. @alexey-milovidov proposed for performance.
[ ] Reassess the primary key

Above probably needs insert to be paused. Also we will need to check queries aren't impacted.
