If you'd like to propose a new clickhouse based, docker compose recipe, please open a single PR including:

• the docker-compose.yaml
• relevant config files
• updates to all relevant README.md files

you can find an example of the above here.

The PR will need to follow the existing folder(s) structure and add a description of the intended changes.

I will close this PR for the time being.
