Resolves #219

Enabled connection impersonation feature.
Added tests for set role statements with all kinds of local deployments (single node/cluster 24.4+ and 23.3 to check that we have no errors). Related: https://github.com/ClickHouse/metabase-clickhouse-driver/issues/192

[x] Unit and integration tests covering the common scenarios were added
[x] A human-readable description of the changes was provided to include in CHANGELOG
