Summary

A mirror of #232 to overcome the issue with GitHub Actions that went completely wild there.

Resolves #219

Enabled connection impersonation feature.
Added tests for set role statements with all kinds of local deployments (single node/cluster 24.4+ and 23.3 to check that we have no errors). Related: https://github.com/ClickHouse/metabase-clickhouse-driver/issues/192
Update changelog with uploads feature.
