ASP.NET library does not support setting of the language. #22

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see a property in the ASP.NET API for setting the language but
there was none.

I have updated the reCaptcha .NET code to support setting the language
through the "Language" property. It should be set as en, de, es, fr, or
some others as defined in the reCaptcha JavaScript file.

Could you please release a new dll version with the language property?
Would make it easier for VB users.

I am working on the control for ASP.NET. 

I added Lang and the custom localization properties for my own needs. I could 
submit
a patch if any one would like.

QA'ed,
but for the time being it works.

Hi there i'm a noob to this whole adding captcha to sites
I've implemented the new dll, however I can't seem to get it to work

this is the location i am implementing it to

and it' still not displaying the input text, nor the tool tips in french

please advice
