Getting an error when running the command snakemake plot_dag --use-conda --cores 2.

It may something to do with having a different OS ('open' on Mac and 'Start' on Windows according to https://github.com/coryhouse/react-slingshot/issues/350#issuecomment-446918056)

Suggest you delete the && open dag.png part of the line. You can view the dag by opening the dag.png file manually.

Thanks. Did that and it works fine. Opening it manually wasn't so hard :)
