Blog on Version Control (and updated readme)

Currently a work in progress on the version control practice blog post.

Open questions:

[x] Which resources or websites should I link to?
[ ] What case studies or examples should I use for each of the software, data and other categories?
[ ] Are there any good intro videos we could embed or link to make the case even stronger?

line 26: should one explain what 'tracked' means? this is for public use, not sure people know all the technical terms
line 28: maybe specify that in this way people can work in parallel (and not necessarily 'live' like in a google doc - excuse the very low level language)

'Applying version control to other material' - maybe worth mentioning also the potential use for teaching material? (I reference version control in the teaching material bit)
given the tags refer to u4ria, wonder whether it'd be good to refer to u4ria somewhere in the text? and also FAIR in the section of data?
