add HadGEM-GC31-MM parameter files #585

These passed the nice dearprudence check 👍

@dgergel nothing particular to note, except that only ssp126 and ssp585 are available, so that latter will be used to be concatenated to historical.

If this looks good, I will merge away and run this one !

[Edit : there is a mistake in what I wrote. The former, ssp126, is used to be concatenated to historical]
