The amaterasu AKS cluster is legacy and running an unsupported version of Kubernetes.
We're not using it for dev and prototyping so I think we should remove the Kubernetes internals/configs and tear the cluster down from infrastructure/.
Note, we do not want to remove the storage or container resources.
