Prototype daily city stats plot #653

Updates daily city statistics for tasmax, tasmin, pr and outputs to new bucket plot. In the current draft paper this is more-or-less comparable to figure 6.

Follows calcs in eq 20, 21 of Lange 2019 with updated axis labels reflecting the paper's language.
