Fixed typos in documentation #74

I've just fixed a bunch typos in the documentation which is extraordinarily clear and superbly written IMHO.

Thank you very much for the development and maintenance of this open source package. I believe it could be very useful for both didactic and research applications.

I still need to make some small changes to the documentation to reflect what's in the published version of the manuscript, but nothing major.
