Create functionality for last data #12

we need to create a function that will return to the the fronEnd the last data of the device

we think that we can put something like /device/device_id?nearby_device=1

@areviksol Please continue On front end Change nearby device request. Also change the temperature visualisation part change data.temperature to Data
