main page index.html: Install-the-addin.html link doesn't work (broken link)

Tips and FAQs Link to How to install the add-in works, but not return link. It should have the shell html page instead of linking direct to the htm file. Links in Special Notes at the botton are booth wron. For more Information points to old Yahoo Group and link to Tips andFAQs Page points to the old ogres-crypt site.

Removed the Install the Add-in link from main page. On the Tips and Faq page, I created my own Installation page and used that as the link (to an old web site) was broken.
